Return & Exchange
1-Personalized/customized Garments items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2-We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the garment must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3-Comfy Street. Reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the garment shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by our handling.
4-The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
5-We do not offer exchanges or refunds on wrong sizing to maintain a smooth efficient ordering process for all customers.
